PARTY PLANNERS BEWARE!!!!
I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with the birthday party experience we recently paid roughly $340 for. Unfortunately, the service and overall quality did not match the price or the expectations set when booking.
The cake provided was extremely dry, and despite choosing one of the higher-priced packages, the event did not feel organized or celebratory. There were three other birthday parties happening at the same time, which made the entire experience feel rushed and overcrowded.
Several of the game cards given to the kids did not work, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. On top of that, the trampoline and slide areas required an extra $10 per child to access—something that was not clearly explained before booking.
Food was another issue. I specifically called ahead to confirm that the included pizzas would be enough to feed 13 adults and 9 children, and I was assured they would. However, the “large” and “medium” pizzas we received were extremely small and nowhere near enough for the group. We also ordered drinks for the adults and never received them at any point during the party.
To make things worse, the character in costume seemed rushed and uninterested, leaving quickly instead of engaging with the children the way you’d expect during a birthday celebration.
Nothing about this experience reflected the value of the amount we paid. We chose the most expensive option expecting a smooth, enjoyable, and well-run event, but instead we left feeling overcharged and completely let down.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously so future families receive the experience they are promised.
This is so fun
We were impressed by how clean this Chuck E Cheese is! The play area for the younger kids is fun with two levels of activities. Plenty of arcade game options. We went on a weekday afternoon and it was basically empty. The downside is that you don't get many tickets for the arcade games and most of all, this is an expensive place to go! With pizza, we paid $100 for two young children.
2 stars for the smiles on my kids and loved ones faces. They had a blast! As it is very kid friendly. But completely over priced!!! We paid 63$ for 2 people. (2 personal pizzas, 2 salads, and 2 drinks) I won’t return again for my own children. But if ever invited for another birthday party we will.
Attended a 3rd birthday party for a friend's grand daughter. Great pizza!!!
3rd year having my daughters party here and so far I’ve had a pretty good experience. This last time, last week, it was super busy, completely packed. 8 birthday parties at once…. The staff did phenomenal! The kids had a blast and the staff made the experience very fun.
Kids really enjoyed playing the games. Pizza is mostly bread. You have to pay extra if your kids want to jump in the trampoline area.
Good experience.
Does anybody even work here?
We so enjoyed our time there, staff was so very nice n helpful, had an awesome time n kids enjoyed themselves, pizza so good food excellent.

My daughter loves Chucky.
Very welcoming, great staff, got there as it was opening i would of given 5 stars butt! The floors and other surfaces were very very sticky and as a kids play place where they also eat not good to be sticky.
It's alright. Overpriced in my opinion but decent to let the kids play games and run around. Some of the games need updating and fixing.
My two loved their birthday party here! It was definitely for kids. The only thing is, to jump on the tiny trampolines and stuff is an extra $15 per kid.
The place was clean, staff super friendly, and the food was delicious
