I just went to church’s chicken not too long ago and upsized my meal to a large. The cashier not only tried to give me the soda filled halfway, I had to ask him to fill it up more and he couldn’t even do that. Also gave me a regular portioned LARGE mashed potatoes. When they charged me a $2.50 upsize fee for the mashed potatoes. I’m disappointed I upsized it because I really look forward to the mashed potatoes from there but this was a slap in the face.

I eat here some not a lot but will go back and the employees are awesome we all have are days but good workers the food is good when I show up it’s fresh or I wait for it to come up fresh orders are fast when not to busy I do want to give a great thanks to David the manager or gm that he is very great work on making sure everyone stays busy and clean making sure items are stock how I know cause I eat inside and injoy the good food they have sir David thank u sir for all u do the kindness and ur respect ur friendliness ur communication ur hard work 50th and ave q is a busy store ppl need to relies how busy yall get and the work yall do to serve everyone

Every time I go they get my order right all the time very good food when fresh and I’ve been there where there is a Gm or manager name David young man he is great with the ppl and when I sat to eat inside he was makeing sure everyone is doing there job and keeping clean restrooms are good lock so not just anyone can use them David sir ur a awesome man great work that u do great communication great kindness great respect

I should have drove away when I got told to wait at the drive thru but I decided to be patient. Flavorless chicken and they forgot to put the extra items ordered in the bag.
The service was fast and good but . We realized it was too fast the chicken did not look so good and there was no flavor on it . Unfortunately my son got terrible diarrhea and a stomach ache. Not sure if the frying oil was changed or not .

The employees were doin best they can but the manager at night on this day April 14 was no help first I went to drive thru she said it would be a second mind u there's no cars in the drive thru and no cars at all but mines in the market lot we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru then finally went in to see the manger sitting down in the office the employee asked her how to do something he didn't know and she blew him off smh
