It was an online order so we have ALL the opinions. When my partner went a picked up the food they did have tea available any tea. So we were refunded. Another inconvenience was when I opened my sandwich just to have it only not properly dressed missing the mayo and pickles. (I ate my sandwich before I realized I should photo this). The last thing and the worst were my jalapeno poppers were so overcooked all my cheese came out and they were all done dry very disappointed in the choice I made to spend money here.

Ordered delivery from here through GrubHub and they completely messed up the entire order. Items missing, stuff put on incorrectly, sauces not included, even though I asked for extra. I work in food service and I would have gotten myself chewed out by my managers if I had messed up this bad.

I just ordered a 16 piece family meal with 2 large fries that were filled with more okra than anything and a large mash potato. I didn’t receive none of my biscuits even tho they clearly had two whole trays of them up. They also had plenty of breast and wings because I asked for mixed but got Dark instead. I will not be going back to this location again.

Trash customer service is trash. The employees are trash. I’ve been sitting here waiting for my order for 50 minutes that I ordered online so it would be ready 20 minutes after I placed my order I show up and there’s people with headsets and their kids in the back and all they’re doing is sweeping instead of making food.

Ordered on their app 1 hour before closing go to get food store tells me they only have mashed potatoes left and no other food....I paid on app and asked for my money back they said app will have to do that so I emailed multiple times and didn't even get a reply so they actually stole money from me and don't even care so I wouldn't recommend even eating here much less giving them your money
