Ordered online, and we came to pick up at the time the site said it would be ready. Pulled up and the lady taking orders wasn't very greeting. When I had told her we had an online order they said it just came in, and this was 10-15 min after we placed the order online. Then it took her awhile to look at the order and seemed confused. Then told us to pull to the front because she needed to drop chicken. How can you place an order online and not be ready at all. We waited an extra 25 minutes to get our stuff. Why have an online service of your not going to be prepared and on time with your commitment. The restaurant wasn't even busy at all. No customers in drive or inside. Very disappointing.

Avoid coming here in the weekend. There's nothing but children working that can't follow instructions or orders and they give you the wrong meals you ordered and they also give you attitude when you kindly ask them to please fix the order that you ordered

We had the worst experience ever. I spent over $50 to feed me, my mom, and 5 girls. I purchased an extra side and 2 1/2 gallons of drinks. I went back to the counter because they did not give us trays or plasticware. I was then informed that I had to pay $18 for 7 cups. How is it that I spent more than $50 and we could not receive free cups. Next, when I started serving all the kids, I noticed that they did not give me another mash potatoes and gravy. They gave me a cup full of gravy. I specifically told the young man who was taking my order that I need another mash and gravy. My mom went to switch them out and they asked for her receipt and proceeded to charge her for the difference because apparently he only charged me for a cup of gravy. They were very rude. The customer service was lacking. I had to stand for a good amount of time to wait for the trays and silverware because they acted like they didnt see me standing there. DO NO GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you do want to enjoy your lunch.

2nd time I been here 2nd time lied to STOP ADVERTISING SPICY CHICKEN IF THEY WONT MAKE IT!! If they too lazy to make it stop selling or get ppl who will! I know what I ask for and she confirmed yes its spicy IT WASNT!! Is it that hard?

The food was fresh but the entire order was wrong it was suppose to be spicy chicken and i was missing a leg, and it was missing gravy, its not hard look at a piece of paper and get the order correct. Honestly owner better off firing the staff and get a new one with better training you'll likely see profits increase as orders aren't getting messed up.
Went through the drive through to order, waited for several minutes for them to acknowledge that we were there. When they finally did, they did not take our order. Instead they complained over the intercom about how annoying my crying infant was to their coworker, we could hear every word. Very unprofessional. Do not go here.
