Chef Tony (and I do mean CHEF), put together menus that are perfect for the person who wants to be adventurous…yet still wants to make sure they enjoy their meal.The service is consistent, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect. Nothing overdone yet classy.For Easter it was fun to spot the Easter eggs.The fact that we had to make reservations shows its popularity.For brunch I had Migas and the sauce for the Carne Guisada was the best I’d had in 20+ years. Glad that we stopped in while going thru Lubbock. Had several appetizers thay were great and would be good to share with table. Also had nice grapefruit mezcal old fashioned and tried and enjoyed the smoked WhistlePig 6 yr old fashioned. Unfortunately didn't have time for entrees as we had to get back on the road. They periodically change drink and food menus but have faith that they will always have many great options for everyone's tastes.

I'm a long-time resident of Lubbock and went here on the recommendation of a friend. The setting was surprising - kind of an open, hotel-lobby bar vibe - but very comfortable/spacious. The quality of the food was exceptional and the server was really gracious. Among the top 2 or 3 meals I've had in the city. I absolutely LOVED it.

The service is fast, food comes out in less then 5 mins. For aesthetics, the flowers seems to be real, add a nice touch. The chicharrones and queso are really good, the crispy brussel sprouts are also good. The iced tea they serve is really nice. The BLT is also super in taste and presentation. Also the side chipotle Caesar salad with grilled jumbo shrimp is also super in presentation and taste.

The restaurant, staff and chef are all very welcoming. The food was amazing, very much appreciate the Chef who came to greet customers, and check allergies, etc. we got the broccoli sprouts, salad, and lamb chops. Exceptional food, consistently! Thank you! This restaurant has the best chef in town!

Good convenient restaurant right in the hotel bar area. Above average for hotel food in quality and price. Friendly and prompt staff was very helpful. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is the porchetta (entire reason I went) was ‘unavailable because it had too many ingredients’ and the burger alternative was very overdone. Fries were a good flavor.

Have been here 4 times now. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Texas. Dont let the hotel location fool you. This a legit chef with an amazing menu. Have tried just about everything and it’s always been wonderful. Elk , octopus, bone marrow, doesn’t matter . Chef never misses .
We went for a late dinner after traveling all day. It was fairly crowded and noisy. There was a singer at the front but we heard him well in the back. Trent our server was very good. He made suggestions and knew the menu well. Food was very good. Would eat there again next time in Lubbock

I have gone to this restaurant and gone to Antonio for a couple of years now the food has been on point. The service has been on point everything is just absolutely divine and I love coming here for special events or just because everything is always so good I recommend this place to anybody that I talk to you to have a anniversary or a birthday or anything that you want to celebrate go to Claraboya kitchen. I celebrated my 38th birthday and I had the Seabass and it was absolutely amazing. The fish was flaky. It was moist. It was crispy on the skin. The wilted spinach was amazing and the caper sauce was divine. Go have you some amazing food you won’t regret it!
