We absolutely LOVE their ice cream! Hands down the best and the service is even better! Lorena always takes care of me and my babes and she’s so sweet! She interacts with us and especially them like she’s an old friend. It reminds me of my grandparents taking me to the drugstore ice cream shop when I was little. Our hearts and tummies always leave so full and so happy! Thanks Lorena for pouring such love and attention into your work. It matters more than you know!

After being ignored when I answered her question the first time..I ask asked for mint and chocolate ice cream mixed together. She said “yep!” And proceeded to make what’s on your menu. Which is not at all what I asked for. Never even pointed to a topping. Never asked for chocolate chips.

She just made it and walked away.

I knew this experience would be disappointing… kids these days have no pride in their work and they don’t listen.

What’s the point in trying to correct someone a third time? There isn’t one. Just had to let management know it’s not a great vibe in your store on Sunday nights. They do not care about their job.

My family usually comes here as tradition whenever we come to Lubbock. It's always the last place we go before we head back home. The ice cream is always better than anything we can get anywhere else. Would recommend! ??

Great ice cream, good service, but could be friendlier. Told the dude I had a birthday coupon cause it's my birthday and he didn't take the time to say "happy birthday!" With a smile. I know it sounds petty, but this is just basic friendly service

First time going there and it was awesome!Yummy ice cream and a cute lobby to sit in.

Today we had a special treat at Coldstone Creamery in Lubbock. We had milkshakes! We hadn't had milkshakes in years. I had sweet cream, and my husband had savory Strawberry. Very delicious and very worth the splurge.

They are so quick and courteous. They are awesome with Nut allergies! And the ice cream is really good.

I used to pay the LP&L bill with my purchases ?. Then they took dark Chocolate away. They should've chosen regular chocolate instead. ??‍♀️ haven't been back since. #disappointed #loyalcustomer
