I went in the shop as a first time customer, I picked out a few cookies asking the worker if they were fresh she said yes, which was not true i bit into all my cookies and they were hard! Did not taste good/fresh at all! very very disappointing

My mother received cookies from her great grand daughter for Christmas These were the worst cookies ever purchased from anywhere. All I can say one bite was enough to make anyone quit eating cookies for life. I contacted store never to hear from owner. So much for their guarantee. Threw in freezer to return to owner so she could judge for herself but four months later no response.
