I never ever ever. Leave bad review, but I took my mom to lunch here and is usually Great. Was excited to get her out the house. Yet our food took almost an hour to come out I ordered the steak it was horrible over cooked and seriously seemed like it was cooked in microwave the sides were all cold my moms burger was so soggy and. Cold. Thats not even the worse part the Waitress was so rude and mean she would seriously walk and ask every table what they needed and would skip ours over never asked if we needed refills or anything for almost $100 we left not eating anything due to the quality food and service we usually come at dinner time have never had problem and when we brought up concerns of the food they did not care to fix it so sad

The service is horrible. Our waitess was passing our plates across instead of going around the person that they belong to. She didn't have any kind of waitess etiquette.

Extremely Poor Service. The Manager was new and they had no staffing and no product either. She was however very courteous and very professional.

Everything from the host to the service to the food was amazing! I always enjoy the music and the atmosphere. Our server was so sweet and took great care to make sure we never needed anything. Jesse and Drew came by to check on us and made sure everything was perfect.
We’ve never had such a bad experience here before. We’ve come at all different times of the day, and last night was by far the worst. We usually have great service and never any issues, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time.
We understand that it gets busy, and we’ve come during busy times before, but we’ve never had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food. During that time, our drinks were never refilled, and we weren’t offered more bread or checked on at all.
When our food finally came out, everything was cold, and the bottom of my potato was still a bit undercooked. When our server finally came back, we asked to speak with the manager. We truly appreciate the manager coming by, apologizing, and offering a discount on our meal. We just hope that next time our experience will be better, as this isn’t what we’re used to.

Love this restaurant! The food is great! I love Fridays $9.99 special. Tilapia with rice and 2 sides. Service is great. My husband got a free desert for his birthday. Keep up the great job, guys!

whoever was working the grill yesterday morning needs to be fired, I got food poisoning from the turkey club.
