This location of Cotton Patch Cafe is excellent. The food is cooked fresh and the wonderful taste is always expected. It should be one of Lubbock's favorite restaurants. It is one of my favorites.

I've never been a fan of this location other than the excellent takeout service. The food is average at best, but I finally found a few items I like: steak fingers with fries, and the rolls are amazing with the honey butter.

First off our server Keira was great! She was very attentive and very nice/polite to my children. Now the food .... 3/10 . The only saving grace in our meal was the decent burger that was extremely small for the price. The kids pasta is a joke, and the queso was watery with no cheese flavor. I feel like even our server knew that the food sucked. We will not be coming back. We will go to Chili's instead and get our moneys worth

Went to have dinner with the fam. I had not been to this restaurant after years of even living here. Louie was our server and he was absolutely amazing! He was personable and attentive and all while handling several other large tables. All other staff were also friendly and acknowledged us entering and exiting. We had various plates of their seafood (lent) and it was all delicious and plentiful. And they had plenty of everything. Will definitely be going back.Parking: Although there is plenty of parking the lot needs a lot of repair.Kid-friendliness: Server was very attentive to each of us.

There are 2 types of supervision, management and leadership. The service was amazing and the food was delicious but the manager Kirsten wouldn't know how hard her staff is working because all she did was yip the whole time while I ate. She should have just sat down with the customer at his table. Managers are to be seen not heard. She was talking about hiring and firing people with customers all around. Saying we don't need so and so here, like ma'am we all can hear you. I addressed my concern with a leader of the team; she was making sure everything was exceptional. My fear is, while your staff was working hard and you were just talking to a customer the whole time; how dare you jump on them for something they did or didn't do when all I did was watch a bad example. Shout out to Donald and the rest of the staff along with the "not mentioned by name" leader who made us feel welcomed. I'll give it five stars because everything was great, I'd look into Kirsten though for sure; her performance as a "manager" (because that wasn't leadership) was poor and definitely does not set a positive example for her subordinates. Thanks Cotton Patch for making me feel like family, I appreciate it so very much. Happy Valentines day!Parking: Huge space outside and inside.Kid-friendliness: Lot's of smiling kiddos, staff seems please the children before the parents.

Not a good choice to eat out at if you're dinning out. Food is just thrown together any type of way. Inaccurate pick up times which leaves food cold/warm and unappealing presentation wise, will not be going back. Meatloaf is not worth eating....No tip...

I ABSOLUTELY have all good things to say about our catering experience! We enjoyed the food so much for our 10 year anniversary vow renewal (Chicken Fried Steak/Chicken Fried Chicken + Fixings), that we have had 3 more caterings done by them! The manager on our first Holiday meal has been able to accomodate our following holiday/event meals. They had everything bagged and labeled and instructions on how to heat everything up! Our guests have asked where we catered because they enjoyed the food so much. They ask at functions if we're having the same place! Even in a rush, they took time to get our order taken and delivered on one of the occasions. The care of taking our order really made us feel so comfortable and really provided us a great ordering experience! Thank you for all you do! I will try to look up the name of the manager who has helped us so much- she's great!
