So don't get me wrong I love their cookies. However made an order thru the app. The app says the order never processed, but the money has been taken out of my bank account. The store could not do anything about it cause they never received the order. Contacted Crumbl support and they said it was a ghost order and we should get refunded 2-3 business days. Guess I'm not using the app to order and will just get straight from the store. If I end up ever going back.
