To be honest I find the food and teas here to be very high in quality. However they get a 2 star review because half the employees are snobs and the owner effectively offers police, teachers and nurses a discount but says screw you to veterans. This is an insult to service in my eyes. So this Vet won't be returning.

I’ve been coming to Curbys for lunch for about 6 months. Very clean and modern store. They have solid customer service and great prices on food and convenience store type items. Considerably less expensive than Stripes for example. Thankful to have Kirby’s close to my job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Curby's Express Market! I went through the drive-thru for the first time and got a Chef Salad and a slice of pizza. The girl at the window was super friendly. Thank you for the sliced limes 🍋🟩—you saved me a trip to Walmart! I'll definitely be back! 🤍

Been buying bagged ice here since they opened about once a week. About two months ago noticed the large bags were never available… so we started buying two small bags. We have been multiple times in the last two months and there is never any bagged ice. I’ve asked multiple times what the issue is and no one seems to know. “The ice machine is down”, “we ran out out”, “we just can’t keep up with the demand” are the excuses I’ve gotten. Seems like there is a demand since you put a sign stating limit two bags per customer on the door. While I appreciate the cheap price of the ice, not having said product is rather getting old and the excuses and the customer service in the store is poor. 6 people working and a line for 1 cashier. Both self checkouts aren’t working. This place used to be innovative and top notch can’t say that anymore.
Update: 7.14.24 ice machine still down apparently asked worker no time frame she said ice Machine has been broken for over a month.
Update 7.20.24 still no ice, still no Time frame of fix

If i could give less than 1 i would. They have a sign in front that states, 2 slice combo of the big dill. They said they only have 1 slice i asked if they could make another. The girl was RUDE har a huge attitude, so i got the entire pizza because they wouldn’t make one unless i bought the entire thing.
Then she was rude at the window and got annoyed when i waited for my receipt. She slammed the damn window. They said it would take 10min. Took way longer !!!!!

Went to try the pickle pizza they rave about and was told it would be 5 minutes until the pizza was done, I was okay with that and pulled up and waited. While I waited I checked my daughter’s cheese pizza to see how it tasted and it was rock hard and cold. I was going to complain until the I’m guessing manager came out and informed me someone bought a whole pickle pizza behind me and now I have to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to make a new one so I can get my slice!!!! At this point I was upset because when I got there I was the ONLY one there and multiple people have already drove off, my daughters pizza was awful and when I FINALLY got my pickle pizza it was undercooked! You’d think they’d have more dignity in their customer service and the quality of the food they’re giving out!!! I’m sure it was a bad experience and they’re great but upper management do better!
