“The bright spot of my night after receiving the worst service from your neighbors over at KFC, I received the best night time service from your team. Y’all took the order accurately and happily. Then promptly served me with the most cheerful attitude. The cashier was hilarious and though you could clearly see that everyone was working to prepare for the end of the night, you did not skimp on the service and made sure I was aware of the survey for a free dilly bar. Had I known I had been hoodwinked next door I would have spent all my money at your location. Lesson learned! Excellent job all of you!“

“I did an online order, and when I got home and opened it up, it was the wrong order :/

I didn’t call in and complain or anything, it was fine just disappointing.

Then to my astonishment, I get a call from Shannon, the manager at this location who apologized for the mistake and gave me an IOU for the same meal for free! Everybody makes mistakes, but great businesses go the extra mile to make up for them. Thank you Shannon!“

“I haven't been in a long time. We used the drive thru for blizzards. They're always good. They still turn the blizzards upside down before they give it to you. I honestly didn't think anyone would care anymore. They don't skimp on the candy and they're always well mixed. No unmixed pockets of vanilla ice cream to be found.“

“I have weaned off ofDQ sine they have changed menus to the new style of burgers. We have recently moved to Lubbock and I was convinced to give DQ a try. I was so surprised when I saw the menu had the Beltbusters and Hungerbusters on the menu. I really enjoyed our meal and I had to let the manager know. She told me ALL Lubbock DQ’s had the same menu. It is good to be home again. Friendly service and clean dining area. I will be going back.“

“Ive been to a few locations in Lubbock, but for some reason, this is the best one to get food. the fast food places throughout Lubbock always serve cold and old food, but at this location its hot and fresh (like it supposed to be) its always busy at this location so dont expect to be served right away, be patient. You can tell the workers there are young and could be their first job, so the manager there is very patient with them while they are obtaining work skills. Three workers stood out while i was there, some guy with gold teeth, he made sure i had my order correct and two friendly young ladies. Athalie and Tish.“
