If you gonna eat at DQ this location gives the best service and food has been good everytime we've came . In the day time the other locations don't compare at all .

Frequent this location for the quick service and good food. This evening was a terrible experience. The line was busy at typical time at 6pm. Two cars parked ahead of me and was told to park next to the black wall OK that's new. Waited 30mins. Two in front of me left and then the two behind me left with there order. All I had was a hunger buster combo. My order was finally brought to me by I asked are you a manager? Yes. Why is it the two cars in front of me and two behind me get their orders and not me? I don't know I just got here and did a double shift and walked away with disregard to customer service? I asked her name which she replied to has Teresa or something? I don't know I just got here? Ima walk away? I would have been fine with a reasonable explanation. Busy short staffed, how can I make this unpleasant experience satisfying? Nothing? Never had a problem at this location ever. I believe her but wanna ask her to make me wanna come back again?

I was craving a Dairy Queen ice cream cone and I went through the drive through. I thought to myself it should be quick, just an ice cream cone, right? I waited 10 minutes at the window and the lady kept going back and forth just walking, avoiding the window where I was waiting. Mind you there were no customers in the store at the time. I was so disappointed that I was being ignored. Never going back to that location at Ave Q needless to say I drove away without the ice cream cone.

The cashier was really nice my only complaint was the cook doesn't know what she's making I ordered a double and had to take it back up their they corrected the issue I heard the cook arguing with the cashier saying I didn't not order a double so she showed the cook the Receipt saying DBL and she proceeds to tell her she was not informed before I left the was four times mistakes where made involving someone's order and once again cook gets mad saying that she's not remaking anymore orders I work in fast food if you are on the line making food you should know what the abbreviations are and how to make your items properly and not get mad if the mistake is made on your end. But the food was good just tips on how to improve your service and increase customers satisfaction
A good clean ice cream place always gets complete star 100%. I love the ice cream

Ordered a chicken tender basket and a blizzard. asked for a bbq saice for my chicken tender basket (because who eats tenders without sauce) and the worker proceeded to tell me (quite rudely) it would be 34 cents for a sauce.. charging for a sauce when my order of two food items and a blizzard was already almost 19 dollars is ridiculous; a sauce should absolutely COME with a chicken tender basket. not to mention the fact that my 4 dollar mini blizzard was completely unmixed. awful experience will not be bad.
7:50 p.m, 6-2-2025, Just stood in drive thru waiting and nothing. Waited some more and another car and another car pulls up behind me. I honk, and honk, and honk... nothing.. so I pull up. A lady is sweeping, abd the other, i guys help is in front... I told them did they not know that there is people waiting.. Both lady dumber than a box of rocks... they didn't hear anything not didn't see anything.. I said how do you know when some one pulls up, it's it just woman's intuition....... no wonder these places go under... these people that they got working don't want to work. They think there just there to get paid. But you have to make money to stay open... I would fire the 2 girls. At least the manager was apologetic... I didn't even buy anything after that. This place is in is last leg... you need workers who care.

The food was perfect temp, hot fries, and the restaurant was very clean. Perla and Sonya were very nice and courteous. Also, one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen.
