The cashier was great! However, I ordereda 6 piece chicken/gravy combo, my gravy was very watered down But the manager Robert!! When I asked if he could make the gravy thicker as we all know it should be!! He replied "No, it'll all come out the same"And NOT true. He basically lied in my face! Without the gravy texture and consistency!! It was practically sickening to eat and the chicken strips were also over fried.At least when I asked for bar b q sauce !! He didn't charge! But the cashier and really wanted to charge me for their sauce after I complaint about the gravy just 5 minutes prior. Was a awful experience &&&... I had wanted my husband to try chicken / gravy for the time!! And .. ? no good dinning experience for him.

Went in and only ordered a 4pc basket. Girl at the Register stared at me with her mouth open and walked away in the middle of my order twice and kept interrupting me. I asked initially how long it would be as I was on my lunch break and she said 5 mins. I waited 20 mins and asked if it would be out soon, she pretended not to hear me and walked into the back. I was so fed up I left without my food. Will not be returning

I got 3 mini blizzards today 3/12/2024 and they were half full. The lady that handed the blizzards off was rude and had the most miserable face. I asked her what is this and she just looked at my husband rudely without saying a word. The blizzards were choco dipped strawberry, and 2 Butter finger.

This place was dirty and not very friendly. Dilly bars looked homemade and apparently come on chocolate only. Ordered a chili cheese dog minus the chili and got mustard instead. When I asked why it had mustard and asked for one without, cashier made a big deal about how the chili dogs come with mustard and I should have asked for no mustard and I would have to pay for another one if I wanted it with no mustard. There's no mention of mustard on the ingredient label or in the picture but whatever. Will not be going back to this dairy queen. Oh, and the day old fries were yucky too.

I got a grilled chicken salad and the ranch is chunky, the salad is slimey and half brown, and the chicken is chewy as heck. I also got steak fingers and the gravy is water, way way way more runny than the ranch. They filled my cup up with EXTRA ice so i had no drink and i specifically ordered LIGHT ice. I will never return to this location again waste of $25.

Lunch was provided by work. I aways get the taco basket. 2 of the group ordered the taco basket. Both baskets did not taste good at all. You know it is not good when both individuals spit out the food at the same time. We normally go to the DQ on South University which is always good and fresh. The store was contacted and said the had some one taste it and it was fine. The only thing they offered was to change out the tacos for new ones. The was so nasty there is no way that we would eat there again. The should of at least credit back the food. So the food was thrown away.
