I did an online order, and when I got home and opened it up, it was the wrong order :/
I didn’t call in and complain or anything, it was fine just disappointing.
Then to my astonishment, I get a call from Shannon, the manager at this location who apologized for the mistake and gave me an IOU for the same meal for free! Everybody makes mistakes, but great businesses go the extra mile to make up for them. Thank you Shannon!

I ordered a triple hunger buster and the manager lady brought it to me and I gotta say, she had an ass thicker than that burger. I mean that thang was thangin, I give it 10/10. And jon delivered the best ordering experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, ever! He should be running that mf, dude was super nice and efficient while taking my order.

When Johnathan is there, you know you're going to be greeted with kindness & the best food! We always hear him taking orders & he's so nice & helpful. Every time he is there, the food is the best! We asked if he was a manager & he said no. We were so surprised. He deserves a promotion!

My sister and went and had lunch and the girl took our and was very helpful in taken our order and was nice the place was clean n the tables were cleaned and in good order
The girl at the window at 7:15pm on October 9th 2024 was horrible!!! I've never dealt with a person with an attitude as bad as that. This is the dairy queen closest to us and over the past 4 years we have spent probably thousands. But because of that troll in the window I'll never be back again! Period! My advice to management is to get rid of it!

We eat here often and the food and service is usually great. But the last 2 times we ordered the tacos, we were very disappointed. Te tortillas were only half full. Meat, a taste of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, and still only half full.

Updated from 3 stars to 5 stars. Cashier was super nice and the drive thru was patient and polite. There were at least 6 cars waiting for food and the staff did excellent getting everyones food out fast. Big ups to the workers and the managers that trained the workers.
Went in at 6:45, chairs were stacked on tables & employee was mopping. When the girl finally decided to stop mopping and go take our order, her shirt was very dirty, a distinct and very noticeable amount of white, dandruff looking stuff on her collar. She went back to mopping, even around our table where we were eating, having to smell the dirty mop water! My French fries were so salty, even with catch up on them. Very disappointed in the food and service.
