one of your employees was openly celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk on social media. This isn't just a personal opinion; it's cheering for political violence, and it's absolutely disgusting. As a customer who values basic decency, I expect better from the people serving my family. Dairy Queen needs to address this immediately—fire the employee, investigate how this happened, and show that hate like this has no place in your stores. I've spent hundreds here over the years, but until I see real action, my money's going elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Lisa is absolutely rude and disrespectful to customers who come back to get food they did not put in the bag.
The ONLY Nice and helpful people In the building is Keelan who took my order and Pat when I came back to get the Items LISA did not put in my bag.
While waiting on the order Lisa told Pat that she needed to make sure that stupid customer checks her bags before leaving. I will drive to other DQs before I ever come back to a store that allows their General Manager to be absolutely rude and disrespectful to customers for HER screw up!

I did an online order, and when I got home and opened it up, it was the wrong order :/
I didn’t call in and complain or anything, it was fine just disappointing.
Then to my astonishment, I get a call from Shannon, the manager at this location who apologized for the mistake and gave me an IOU for the same meal for free! Everybody makes mistakes, but great businesses go the extra mile to make up for them. Thank you Shannon!

I ordered a triple hunger buster and the manager lady brought it to me and I gotta say, she had an ass thicker than that burger. I mean that thang was thangin, I give it 10/10. And jon delivered the best ordering experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, ever! He should be running that mf, dude was super nice and efficient while taking my order.
