We waited 20 minutes for 2 meals when we were the only customers, food quality was awful and employees were rude and disrespectful when confronted. Never coming back, everyone should save their time and money.

Didn't no forks for the salads, seems like the guy was accusing me of stealing a ice cream when my son him a coupon and I barely came from outside right in front of him with another coupon in my hand. Very unprofessional was that guy.

I usually get pretty good service and the banana split USED to be awesome....now I'm lucky if I even get ice cream in the banana split. I feel in order to get a good banana split again, I'd have to pay double. Very disappointing...I was lucky to get a piece of pineapple. This visit sucked and was not worth my money being spent there.

I have weaned off ofDQ sine they have changed menus to the new style of burgers. We have recently moved to Lubbock and I was convinced to give DQ a try. I was so surprised when I saw the menu had the Beltbusters and Hungerbusters on the menu. I really enjoyed our meal and I had to let the manager know. She told me ALL Lubbock DQ’s had the same menu. It is good to be home again. Friendly service and clean dining area. I will be going back.

I ordered online. Picked up my order...had four items...1st item, triple burger with only mayo, pickles n onion was wrong, had ketchup n mustard on it and fries were cold n stale....2nd item was chicken strip basket with tots ( that i paid extra for)...got fries that were cold n stale...3rd item was kids meal steak fingers with tots...got fries that were cold n stale..forgot my ice cream sandwich with kids meal and the extra (4th item) ice cream sandwich that i bought ....tried to call store, no answer...finally got an answer after 9pm and she told me for a refund to go to website...can't find on website for refund...what a waste of 40$$ I will never return

Blinking ceiling fixture sets the horror movie scene for the 20 minutes I waited for ONE dipped cone before asking for my money back. There were four people there "working" but the orders were not being taken out or handled efficiently at all. Two other people who ordered small ice cream treats also waited at least 15 minutes before requesting a refund. The staff then got attitude with all of us. Will never go back, even in the dead of summer.

Went thru the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes and no food. Went inside and found out they had forgot my order. Got it a few minutes later. The worse chicken fingers I have ever gotten at DQ and received just a few fries. Very disappointed.
I'm so tired of paying for food and everything being wrong with food missing. Then I call and get hung up on. Shorting peoples orders is stealing. We're already dealing with inflation costs please don't rip us off for supporting your business and job.

The only reason I come to this DQ is because of Gia( kitchen cook) her food always fresh and Keda( Drive Thru Lady) because she always have great customer service and smiles. They always greet customers coming in rather they at the front or not. The Mexican lady with the blonde hair always rude asf and the Mexican manager guy with the glasses always on his phone and never is working or helping the employees. Them two are the only reason we come here. They should have been the managers but to each its own.
