Went thru drive-thru ordered the special hunger buster with a shake and belt buster added cheese on both with mustard hunger buster had no cheese and was almost burnt so dry wife couldn't hardly eat the belt buster had no mustard or such little amount couldn't taste I called Mgr she acted as didn't even care to hear what I had to say this used to be a great place to eat but the last few years has went to Hades don't what happened to mgt but the one there now didn't even care what I had to say

Arrived about 30 mins before close, got our 2 blizzards 5 after close. All four people around the window were very disrespectful. I told them I had the app to scan, she glared and said “in the future can you let us know beforehand” i don’t mind, i just wont be coming back in the future.The girl mopping at the window was incredibly disrespectful. Swore every other word. 5 or 6 people on staff, took at least took over 30 minutes for two small blizzards. (Only three cars in line total)Every employee acted like they hate their lives. Hopefully this establishment will retrain or hire people who are respectful.

Just got food they don’t close till 10 it was 7:41pm so they have plenty of time left. I had to repeat my order not just a couple of times but 5 times and the lady on the headset was laughing and not paying attention to what I was saying.when I pulled up to the window and asked if I could resize what I got from small to medium the girl light skin girl with two buns with a ride tone said “no we already made it” I informed her it’s a birthday reward on the app and showed her and she still refused
We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my granddaughter and it was RAW!!! They offered to make another sandwich for us, but NO THANKS!!!
