Took thirty minutes to get our dishes out. Normally it didn't take that long!!! And when we got the dishes out, there was no seasoning. And the food was undercooked!!! Whoever is cooking behind there needs to either stop or at least get training in. My fiance couldn't even finish the rest of his lunch because it tasted awful. Like freezer burned bread.

I’m a regular customer at this Denny’s. I’m in at least 3 times a week. The service has always been great (there are certain times of the day , “rush hour” or two) when they are extremely busy but still the wait staff seems to get the food out while it’s still hot. They try to treat everyone like you’re one of the family. There are those few customers who are always rude or expecting “special attention” and the waitresses are able to always be friendly and respectful to these rude customers. From all of the managers down to the newest wait staff, everyone is professional. I could list everyone of them by name but the regular customers know who these people are. The only criticism I have is they need to change the background music because the same 10 songs play on a loop 24/7. I could list the 10 songs because I have heard them so many times.

If you like lukewarm coffee, hashbrowns that have been sitting out for hours and a filthy environment to eat in, this is your place!!! I literally wrote my initials on the blinds in the dust and filth. Syrup bottle had more on it than it did in it.

I usually go to Ihop but today I wanted to try something different, I walked in and the server at the front desk who was named Kathleen was at the front I asked her if I could put my name on the list and she said to hold on , I then wanted to asks her how long was the wait and she got mad and proceeded to talk loud and said Can You Wait Just A Second! As if I was making her mad . This server is older & white with short hair and her name is Kathleen has no customer service!

I really don't like to give bad reviews but I sat down and ordered a coffee and water. Got the coffee and had to ask for my water 3 more times. And when I got the ticket to pay I was charged for two orders of tortillas that were supposed to be included. I got that taken off. But one more thing I ordered eggs Benedict and the waitress said oh what comes with that and she says the whole time she has worked there nobody has ordered that. She acted like it was her first day. Very strange.

I go there about once a week, they are all friendly and do their job well. Andy has been my waiter everytime I go in. He is excellent in what he does. People friendly, will talk with you. Always making sure everything is good. Don't ever quit Andy.
