Dimba's is a wonderful local owed and run establishment here in Lubbock. The food is delicious and made to order. I can also appreciate they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. It's always a great experience!
After seeing several posts about Dimba's Chicken & Seafood # 1 in some Facebook groups I realized that it had been far too long since I had their wonderful food and got to say hello to these amazing people again!
Had the #2 and added a couple of extra puffs and a side of okra. Everything is made to order and came out perfect!

When I say I’ve been looking for a place to fry fish let me tell you THEY ARE THE TOP PLACE SO FAR!! And I’ve been here a year!! I’m an island girl with the bayou in my blood so I KNOW FISH!! And their chicken omg it was so ONO’ been there twice in one week!! Ps I don’t eat OKRA BUT YEAH YA’ll did that!!
