Called in my order (like we have done many times) pulled up to the window, it wasn't ready. Pulled to their parking spot he pointed out and waited and waited...finally 30 minutes after I called it in he brought it out. Drove the 4 minutes to the house and the sandwiches were mushy and not very good...probably won't do this again.
I have been a regular customer at both Lubbock Dion's locations for a couple of years now. Love the food especially the amazing salads. My only complaint is that for at least 9 months or so, they will not update their price signage. Asked for the slice and salad special priced at $13.50 and i was charged $13.80. I have mentioned the price disparity to management at both locations and they both said they were updating their signage. It has been many, many months with no change....
First time going I was really impressed with the pizza the meat lovers Pizza like called a carnivore special or something like that is loaded with different kinds of meat the salads are being great atmosphere
