“Domino's pizzas has one of the greatest pizzas that I've ever tasted I kind of really prefer Domino's Pizza then that's the truth I always get either too large there's two different kinds your people are pretty patient I have Grandma's seizures and some strokes sometimes I stutter when I talking on the phone it's hard to understand but the employees are nice and and a patient when I send my order for delivery there with a smile but they're always I love the way they service and they take their time to answer my questions and with my stuttering a little bit there are patient enough to take my order and help me along they don't push me or feel like they're after doing anything else they treat me like their number one customer and that's what I like about Domino's Pizza“

“I ordered yesterday evening 4/11/23 Tuesday my total was $42.17 I noticed last night my charge went up to 52.17 so I guess they gave themselves a little extra guessing it was the delivery boy who actually didn't even give me a receipt just FYI be careful paying with card that's wrong to add a tip w/o permission . Been buying here for years no more since you want to be little thieves! “Orion and his crew treated me like a family when I walked in, absolutely best location in Lubbock the next time I'm through Lubbock I'll certainly stop into this location, the owner should be proud to have somebody like Orion it's not often you get treated like he treated me when I walked in they were pleasant and friendly and just generally a really good attitude“
“This is the busiest Dominos Pizza in Lubbock. While other Dominos Pizza shops struggle and lose $15-$20,000 a month when Texas Tech is dormant, this location thrives. The secret is efficiency. While I was there, a dozen different people came in to pick up their order. The only one that had to wait, was the guy who ordered while standing in line, at the store. And not only does their Pizza taste good, they look beautiful! Each order was made with precision and care. What they were doing and have been doing in a while. This is a very family-oriented store.
The place was so inviting ice cream in a QR code and filled out an application to work there.“

“For some reason when I ordered online I ddnt realize when I picked up my pizza and got home it was the supreme with all the extra toppings I do NOT care for .. I called the store and let them and without hesitation the manager or one of the employees (I failed to get her name ) was so sweet and replaced my pizza for the correct one which was pepperoni sooo happy with their customer service. So recommend this place these employees were so amazing !!!“

Rolled in about 8 minutes before closing, fully expecting a “we’re done for the night” vibe—but nope. The crew was still friendly, professional, and had my order out quick without any attitude.
