Over an hour. No one knows where my pizza is. Undelivered. Never again.

Placed an order at 1030pm, got the wrong food, called back 2 different times and was assured my food was on its way, never got my food, called again and they had never even did anything about it. In the end, never got my damn food. Completely unprofessional. Save your money folks, go somewhere else

Last weekend, we ordered some pizza online. I picked the pizza up and headed home. Picture this..... me driving and listening to some good ole 80's music. I get home and bust those pizza boxes wide open for the family. First look of the pizza and the cheese looked wierd. The pizza was cut in some wierd ways. It was like whoever was using the pizza cutter was under the influence. The shape and size of the pizza slices were all different on one pizza. Then, the pizza had no marinara sauce at all. It was a different sauce they had used. It was white. It looked like butter mix with something. We definitely didn't ask for that. So we double check the order we placed on-line. There is not an option to select marinara sauce. Has anyone else experience this ? Dominos has turned into a domiNO!!

Dominoes blessed our Wolffarth Elementary staff with pizza at the last moment. The food was hot and fresh. Anthony, the manager, really went above and beyond for us.

bad customer service and leave stuff out of order

I ordered pizza an hour in advance, when we got there they told us it was almost ready. 20 minutes later we ask and they say they had gotten a call to push it back by 45 extra minutes but would make it right now. 50 minutes later they set out an order and we go up to get it and they say it’s not our order but a new order and they forgot to make our order. Then 20 minutes later, an hour and 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be picked up they give us our order. We asked for plates and they only gave us 5 for our 10 pizzas.

Inconsistent experiences , last one not very good at all They have often skimp on toppings mostly crust,making it no longer worth it!! No response from business either...tried again last week 95% crust now..."photo 6 cheese, not even 1 cheese"

Never have I dealt with a less professional establishment. I ordered online with a 25 to 30 minute estimate for delivery. After 50 minutes I called to find out why I hadn't received my order at a hotel minutes from the location. The first person I spoke said my order had been sitting there for 30 minutes and then claimed to be "attacked" by my status questions and handed me off to the "manager". This person claimed the called several times an couldn't find me. I had left direction to bring to the bistro bar just inside the hotel front door. I received no calls and asked when my order would arrive and would it be hot and fresh. I was assured it would be. It arrive 10 minutes later, cold.
