My husband had to call my order in i was put on hold delivery guy is scared of water didnt fallow instructions left for delivery its a no knock house i live in the back what happened to the good drivers that actually call upon arrival? Disapointed by the drivers lack of fallowing instructions 1/10 do not recommend

They are awesome at their quality pizza but it really inconveniences us a lot when we order online and we can't ever pay with cash on arrival... The app specifically says we cannot do cash payments with any orders over a dollar.. now how is that even a option to select if we obviously cannot use it .. please fix that for us as we are long time customers

If I could give zero stars, I would I understand busy hours and this and that but their customer service skills are one to be questioned. I would not recommend do Pizza Hut instead at least u til they get different night shift management

Dustin Smith, store manager of store 6416 in Lubbock, TX, sent me rude and condescending emails that became increasingly distressing and belligerent. I have been attempting to contact somebody to address this problem but you keep sending the complaints back to the store level when the store manager IS the whole problem. I will continue submitting complaints until you address the issue.
