Domino's Pizza

Horrible service! Very disorganized. Ordered on the app & waited 30 minutes to be ready, app said order complete & when we went inside they couldn’t find our order!? Waited another 15 minutes to point out to them that we found our own order waiting on top shelf, ugh! All workers working hard but couldn’t handle the volume of business. Didn’t even really attempt to look for our order!

I accidentally ordered my pizza at 12:55pm when they close at 1am..I thought they closed at 2 😭..i was going to cancel but instead they took my order and had it at my door at 1:10am .. this crew was so fast and amazing. Thank you guys. It was delicious!

Ordered a pizza for delivery a few days ago. When pizza and Cookie Brownie arrived at my house, they had clearly been dropped.
I would have liked a call from the driver to let me know what happen so I could get another pizza for my family. Instead we ate smashed pizza.
Just common courtesy to try and solve the problem rather than hope nobody notices.

This is the best Domino’s store in Lubbock, Texas, and of any that I’ve been to around the country. They’re always accurate and the pizza is always delicious.

My husband placed an order for me and my family to have a family pizza night, but the food came out horrible and it looks inedible. He also took a bite out of my top loaded boneless chicken and he said that the chicken was overcooked and told me not to eat it. And even our kids have said that the food looks like it was rushed because we placed the order at 11:58 because Dominos was the only place that was really open for food that we wanted to eat, and it just seems like whoever made our order didn’t put the time and food safety concerns towards our meal. And not to mention the simple fact that they couldn’t even provide utensils. My family and I have agreed that we will never eat here again.

This is hands down the best Dominos in town. I would go father to say the best in the state of Texas. They work, bust orders out fast, and are the friendliest people around. I will always continue to use their services for our family pizza night!

Placed an order at 7:30 and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. Called at 8:50 and they said they couldn’t find my order and just apathetically asked me if I wanted to place another order. Very disappointing customer service.

We order from here at least three times a month. Always fast and reliable. Taste great and always hot. Never had any problems.
