Called in to place an order for my son’s birthday for a bunch of pizzas. Well the night before my son get really sick and we had to cancel the order. The guy I spoke with, I think his name was Kenny, was super nice and professional and got the ordered canceled and assured me it was no problem.
Although, it may not seem notable, the way he handled it made my life just a bit easier taking care of a sick toddler and canceling a party.

The reason I give the one star to the Domino's because my pizza was not delivered to my place cause the driver was flagged down before he got to my place and he didn't even ask for a ID I Never got my free one that was promised when I end up order again a month later All places not just Domino's but All places that delivers Need to Start asking for IDs so the delivery person can make sure it's the right place and the right person...Now I don't trust any places I'll rather go and get it if I can or just eat something at home like I been doing

The manager was extremely rude when I called to ask her about my order being incorrect! When you order “premium chicken” online it shows up in their system as NO chicken. I simply asked about not having chicken on my pizza and very rude employees.
