I thought pizza was suppose to be stringy, Domino's has went way down. This is not real pizza, but a cheap knock off, so sad.....Better off buying pizza from a store, Domino's is not a traditional pizza anymore...

I ordered a large pizza pineapple, beef and a parmesan sauce with not one but 5 garlic sauces for delivery and I put in a note don't forget ALL my sauces cause a lot of times when I order and pay for them all they don't give them but this place came through and my pizza was AMAZING now I wish I tipped more sense they came through with everything. Thank you every body and my delivery guy. Now the only down side is I do pay attention to my food One slice I had a short hair in a slice of pizza I had to toss that pizza slice.

worst place ever my pizza is delivered they way I order it driver is in a hurry and very rude am from out of state working and to come and order food and wait an hour to get your pizza delivered and it's wrong is very frustrating Lubbock is by far the worst city for fast food service

Every time I have ordered from this store my order has been wrong. They always forget the butter sauce or ranch. I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic twist and they gave me the cinnamon twist. I called and they said they would remake them so I went back to the store and they gave me cinnamon twist again.

no I’m very disappointed because the lady that gave us the wrong pizza and then when we payed her she zoomed out and real fast and she was no where to be found??♀️

First time ordering Dominos in almost 5 years because the toppings were just too skimpy. Thought I'd take a chance tonight on 3 large pizzas using the 50% off on-line orders deal. Girl at the cash register was friendly, pizzas were hot and fresh, and then it goes downhill with toppings that were beyond scarce. When you can count the small pices of sausage and ham on each large pizza on less than 2 hands, you know you've been cheated. Hey Dominos if the 50% off deal means almost no toppings then it's not much of a deal. If I had wanted crust and sauce, I would have ordered that. Oh, one of my pizzas was double toppings across the board. I got charged for double toppings, but that pizza had the fewest toppings of all. For $35 plus, I got hot pizza dough and sauce. What a huge let down! Unlikely Dominos will ever be our go-to if this is the norm...higher prices and even fewer toppings.

Kudos! We ordered from Dominoes tonight for the first time in years and have to say it was excellent! They forgot one of the toppings so my husband reluctantly let them know on a review directly to their store and the manager called us IMMEDIATELY, apologized and asked if she could send a new one out or give us a credit! Gold standard! Well done Dominoes! We will definitely return!

All I can say is incredible! Hadn’t eaten dominoes in years because of the quality and tonight with some of the best food I’ve had in Lubbock. They missed the topping and called me before I even started eating to credit me back my pizza.

Called in an order for the $7.99 carryout. The lady on the phone said $16 and some change and hung up. When we got there I said I think I was charged for 2 it's always been $8.65. She said that's if I apply the coupon. I said we ordered stating we wanted the $7.99 carry-out. She asked if I wanted to apply it now. I said yes that's been the point. It was now $12. I said that's still not right. She argued saying we ordered 4 toppings. It was a large pepperoni with half Jalapenos and half pineapple. That's 2 since one topping is only on half and the other is only on half. I told her to cancel it that's the price and we would order something else. The guy was cutting it and closing the box top at this point. I was bringing up their coupons when the manager yelled for them to make us a plain pepperoni. I told them to wait while I look up things. She didn't. I asked for the manager and surprise, she was the manager. The rudest person I've spoken to in a long time. This was the first time I've been in dominoes in over a year. The rude people made sure I won't be back. There are to many good places to get pizza in Lubbock to deal with people like this.
