The first time we ordered from this location, they delivered the wrong order to us. This time, the driver left the pizza at the front door and left. Whoever took pur order also got it wrong. A hand tossed when it was supposed to be pan. No sauce when we never asked for no sauce. Yall make sure to have them read your order back to you before paying.

Best Domino’s spot in Lubbock IMO. The drive up window is super convenient, the staff is always professional and efficient. Never had an issue with my orders and always appreciate their business!
One of the managers I believe his name is Landon I hope I spelt that right. I went in to order a pepperoni pizza as one does and in the back I heard him screaming at his employees. This grown man was yelling at this little girl. She looked to be around 16 it wasn’t just her though he was also yelling at a boy. All I could think is how unprofessional he was. It was over something dumb as well. I took my business somewhere else. I feel bad for those that have to work with such a man.

After the last two experiences with this location, there will not be another. The prior delivery we ordered, our delivery driver was flipping off our doorbell camera. This time, the wings were disgusting with virtually no sauce. This location has terrible service and subpar food.
