This location is the slowest by far and you can tell that they rush everything they make. Nothing is ever mixed. Sauce and syrup sit at the bottom of the cups as if they made the drink directly in the cup and just shake it around then hand it to you. Same with the food, it’s like they only warm it up briefly. Two stars because the staff is friendly the quality is just disappointing every time.

I ordered a thick vanilla milkshake. Received a cup of foam and milk with tiny bit of ice cream. Was definitely not what I expected nor at the price the quality of what I purchased.
50th st, Today was the last straw for me. Tbh, this location needs to be shut down, how is it that i order something on the app, and when THEY dont have it (which is OFTEN) im not atleast COMPENSATED something? Then theres always a line around the building because they take their sweet time getting to you in the window. Its too many ppl always working for that to happen. NEVER have problems at the miluakee location so ill just have to go back to going to that one it’s ridiculous at this point

The staff is so patient with the customer. The drinks and overall selection is good. But what keeps me coming back is the friendly staff. It's so hard to get great customer service nowadays. Thank you Dunkin
