I just ordered through the app and that part was fine, however I only got two bites into my breakfast sandwich and something seemed off. There was a whole moth in my breakfast sandwich. It was melted into the cheese, if possible I would like a refund, and will not be eating at a Dunkin' Donuts again. That experience is utterly gross.

UPDATE: Went there this morning they got my drinks RIGHT!!! You can tell they received my review, cause the guy wasn’t rude but you could tell he was making sure I liked it…. Thank you very much ….I go here every morning my issue is getting my expresso shots added. I use online to earn points. When I pay for my expresso I get it but when I use my points for my free expresso its never added. I know the difference but here is my cold brew I paid for and here is the one I got this morning and you can see the difference and taste it as well. I’ve earned these points so I’d really like to have it added from now on. I don’t have time in morning to turn around and get it added so I’m coming in here to address the issue hoping you can fix my concerns and issues I’m having cause I love coming here…

Please explain how you run out of all of your bagels an hour after you opened. Thanks for ruining my entire day.Tried to eat the replacements but they were cold and dry and stale and they didn't even put the right cheese on them. Guess it was the F team working today.

Have been to many Dunkin’s but this is one of the best!The staff is so friendly and willing to go out of their way to help the customers.Clean, fresh coffee and food, no compromise there! You can tell.Its my favorite spot for the best coffee in town!

I've never heard that they have to fix you less of a drink if you don't have ice. Looked me in my face and said it'll taste bad if I fill it up all the way. I stopped here and this is a dunkin I never be at again.

If you are looking for an amazing ice cream cake this is the place to go. The cakes are amazing and beautiful. I don't think there is a design they can't do. Definitely a place to try!!

Inside is clean but the employees are definitely bored and don't want to be there. The donuts aren't fresh. I don't really trust any time to go bc they will use old donuts. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't comment, but nah, I'll go across the street for food.
