At 10:30 they had their doors locked and only the drive thru open. The drive thru had a very limited selection and was told they were out if this and out of that. With only one person working in the building, it is clear that they are not prepared to do business so we took our business elsewhere. We suggest you do the same.

really bad customer service. Ordered a mocha latte with almond milk and my boyfriend ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and they gave both of an iced coffee with mocha syrup instead - tastes like burnt water. We tried to have the order corrected and they argued with us saying they gave us what we ordered which they didn’t. We also asked for light ice and that didn’t happen either

Just went through the drive through, ordered an iced coffee drink. Unfortunately
I drank half already until I noticed a cockroach in my drink. What’s disturbing about this is if you look at the bug it’s intact, so it obviously didn’t go through a brewing machine. Cups are also clear and stored so the odds a bug was living in the cup is low. That means the roach was in their ice bin that they’re using to serve everyone. Absolutely disgusting.

It has gotten worst. I order matcha latte cold most of the times, but I have been seeing that there is only 2-3sips at max, because they put a hell lot of ice snd may be just a very little actual stuff which we pay for. The owner or the franchise is so GREEDY that when I went today, I purposely asked for matcha latte cold but " no ice", and then they said its apparently a company policy to charge extra if I request no ice. ( which is obvious because these greedy people make all the money by not giving any coffee but just filling with ice). I do not know which adjective to use to describe these greedy people's way of cheating on peoples money!
I checked it up on google and saw that that "Dunkin doesn't have any company wide policy to charge extra",but it depends on the franchise. Hence it's obvious how this franchise is cheating us. DON'T COME HERE! CHEATERS! JUST PUT ALL ICE NO COFFEE!

Got a batch of Halloween donuts and they had no frosting on them and when I called the manager, he said that's how they make them but that if I sent him a picture and come back that we can get them I told him I was sending my father that I didn't want him to have no problems and when my elderly father got there, they were rude to him and gave him two donuts and told him that's all they were going to give him then when I called back up there they kept hanging up on me didn't even say hello. They are new owners and very rude. Do not go there. It's not worth your money. I'm going to dispute this through my bank.
