This location used to be great! But it has slowly gone downhill. We tried to get 3 hot chocolates tonight and waiting for more than 15 minutes once we got to the location. And we had ordered ahead... they were not busy at all, us and maybe 2 cars the whole time we were there, and had 2 people working. Very disappointing 😞

Ordered at the window a cappuccino and a basic Americano as well. They gave me my order and it was 2 regular coffee plain. We are out of towners and it was out first time there. We had no time to go back and correct as we were getting on the road. We will not be back!

10/10/24 was the wizard sticker drop the girl who worked in the morning taking orders outside says she scanned my app Dutch Pass QR code so i could receive my points and the app sticker this dayum girl lied when she said she scanned my Dutch Pass and told me to keep it moving because it was so packed and now that the day is over i never received anything this Dutch Bros on slide road IS THE WORST!!!! ZERO STARS GIVEN DO NOT COME TO THIS DUTCH BROS🤦🏽♂️
