This is the worst location in Lubbock. They ruin my morning every time I order. Which sucks because they are the closest to my house. Very unorganized. I have gone to the drive thru before and they do not pay attention to which cars drive in first… so I did a mobile order to the pickup window instead. I arrived 10 minutes after my pick up time… thinking that should be an ample amount of time for them to make my order. I walk up… they don’t have the divider for pickup and order at the window like every other location does. There was a line of like 15 girls placing their order… each individually. While one girl paused and was trying to get her order together… I stepped up and said I have a pick up… she just looked at me and said give me a second. It would have took 3 seconds for her to grab my drink… I had already been waiting a couple minutes while these girls ordered. It’s so hard to cancel an order with Dutch bros once you do order ahead. Will NOT be going to this location.

There was a super long line in lane one, and no one was in lane two. When the lady came out to take orders a new car pulled into lane two and she immediately went over to lane two to take their order. I’m not sure if lane two has an unspoken “fast pass” rule or something, but I was so shocked that she did that knowing the cars in lane one had already been waiting ten plus mins to order.

Usually this location is great, however today I ended up with a piece of someone’s fake acrylic nail in my drink! The worst part is I sucked it up my straw and bit into it! Waiting on a call from corporate but still no contact from them! This is so disgusting and unacceptable.

I got the Dolce de Leche coffee drink that was good, but the only part of it that was familiar was the hint of cinnamon. I do recommend the golden eagle with soft top.
