I am truly sorry everyone is having a bad day this morning. I get the weather changed and you don't want to be outside taking orders, but you need to have a little patience with your customers when we are using YOUR app to redeem our free drink and not make us feel stupid cause we don't use it enough to know to push the 5 different buttons. And I heard you were short staffed inside, but next time, please don't dump half the cinnamon shaker on top of my drink and not stir it. The first 3 sips were chunks of cinnamon. I had to wait until I got to work and poured it in another cup, and reheat it. It was not the enjoyable Dutch morning I was wanting.

I regularly get coffee from all Dutch bros in town and I have a great experience, however I think all 4 times I have stopped by this particular Dutch in the last 6 months the drinks seemed to be made poorly or just incorrect. 2 times after getting a small Gold eagle almost a quarter of the cup is filled with caramel syrup, which is usually not this much at other stores, so by the time I drive away I’m disappointed to know it’s far too sugary and sickening and I end up throwing away. I just wanna say if you don’t like the drinks you get from this store don’t write Dutch off completely, the one on Quaker and university is great!!

I usually really like this place but today we went and got drinks and my daughter had a bug like a big silver fish stuck on the ice in her drink she seen it after she sucked her drink down really quick. Totally gross!! They definitely need to clean their ice bins i know restaurants are notorious for nasty ice but eww.
