Last sat sep 14th, I had a terrible encounter with an employee named Miranda, (if that even her name) who lied and said she was the “manager” when ask Shane at the window he confirmed she was a “ shift lead” ordered on app via drive thru. Once I told her that, she told me to pull (not a hi, or nothing) around and that they would have to take care of the entire drive thru before my order was made, I responded with “so, you mean to tell me, If 4 cars pull up while I’m waiting you have to make there orders before mine” her response was yeah, Thats the way we do it”. I was shocked! I then asked to speak to a manger, she said with an attitude “Iam the manager” i then responded with (it gets better)“well, I no longer want to talk to you, I want to talk your boss” she then responds “he’s at home with his wife! I then responded with. “Move along, I didn’t ask where or who he was with, I asked for a number or a way if getting in touch with him when he’s at work. I’m not moving anywhere and I will Get my order her in this line. And I will be talking to someone above you! I will never go back to this or probably any ever again. Starbucks would never!!!! Shame was so sweet and awesome at the window she tried to deescalate the situation. He needs to be a “shift manager” as I paying customer is ok for me to have attitude and sassyness but, it’s never ok to talk to customers the way she did. Miranda needs a trainers course on common courtesy.

I get coffee almost everyday I was in the location and ordered my usual, with an extra espresso shot. Totally disappointed only got milk, I could tell it wasn’t right, but went with it anyway, this is the 2nd time I was let down @ this location. Never going back.here.

Dutch Bros has been my favorite coffee shop since they opened in our area. When one opened off the Marsha Sharp freeway I was so excited because it is near my job. However this location is the only one that can never ever get my drink right and it saddens me. I always ask for an extra scoop of chocolate in my drink very simple but somehow they can never get it right at this location. I figured I'd try it again today I mean third time is usually the charm but nope just can't get it the way I like it at this location. I was even very specific, an extra scoop of chocolate mixed in with the chocolate base hot cocoa just to give it a little extra chocolatey taste. There is a Dutch Bros near my house even though it's a little bit out of my way but they always get my drink and right. As a matter of fact every other Dutch Bros that I have stopped by always gets my drink right excluding this one. I would rather go out of my way and get a drink that I am going to enjoy then to get a drink and then I am not going to enjoy it and that I do not even finish..
