This is by far the best one in Lubbock. They are fast and super nice. They actually know how to use the 2 line DT. What's crazy about it that this location isn't one the good side of town. I expected more from the one I usually go to since it is on the richer side. But I will definitely be going out of my way to work for this location rather than the one around the corner from me

I had never had iced coffee and needless to say I was very impressed. I had golden eagle it was delicious. Since then I've been back 5 times already. The staff were super nice and courteous . Keep up the amazing work

I am q big Dutch bros fan and have been going to Dutch for well over 7 years. I have never been to thus particular location but I usually get the same or a similar experience at every Dutch I’ve been to. The employee who took my order (I heard them calling her Maddy but she is a red head) seemed more focused on chatting with her coworkers than actually helping customers. She barely made eye contact, got my drink wrong the first time, and acted like fixing it was a huge inconvenience. I don’t write reviews often but based off how experience was I knew I had to bring this to someone’s attention. I’ve had decent experiences at other Dutch bros establishments but this visit made me question whether the Martha Sharp Dutch Bros is worth it…

I have ordered the fizz drinks multiple times and for some reason they never come to me like pictured. I don’t think the staff knows how to make drinks with certain colors on top or maybe they weren’t trained. Either way it’s a spoon trick that’s fairly simple.
Thank you to the amazing girl who took our order and made sure she gave our baby the best last pup cup before she went to doggie heaven this am. Even though I was sobbing the entire time ordering, they made sure it was made with love. Thank you for thinking of us and always having the best service💙.

Despite ordering ahead, when we arrived for an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:04, we didn’t get our drinks until almost 9:15. When we arrived, we went thru the drive thru, gave the Broista my name, and were told it would be waiting for us at the window. When we finally got up to the window, we were informed our drinks weren’t quite ready, so they asked us to drive around to the pick up parking spot where they would bring us the drinks when they were finally ready. We parked and watched all the cars in the drive thru lane arrive, order, and leave while we waited. Finally, when our order was ready, instead of bringing it to us, they yelled through their pick up window for us to walk up to get it. Once we finally had our order, we drove away angry about how much quicker it would have been to not use the app, only to get several miles down the road where I finally took a sip of my drink, and discovered they made my Golden Eagle Chai Breve as the coffee version…YUCK! $20 and 20 minutes of my life both wasted! Luckily this isn’t my usual city, as I will never return to this location!
