Whoever was walking taking orders in the drive through line at around 4:15 on April 26th needs a raise! She was super helpful, showing me how to set up the app and decide which drink I wanted, all with a great personality. Couldn't have had a better experience!
I did not like the design of the drive-through. It mimics Chick-fil-A without the same service, allowing others to break the line. Causes for a bit of chaos. The taste of the coffee, however, did get me by surprise! It was actually better than I thought it would be!
Once again, Dutch Bros has exceeded my expectations! The drinks were absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to return for more. Thank you for consistently delivering such great experiences!
