I really like bagel bros and when out of town I check my app and try to grab a bagel. I highly dislike the fact that they do not honor rewards and online ordering and i feel like that culture shows in their customer service as well. Because of that I only go a few times a year local… they would gain so much more business if they got onboard with the app. The 15 food apps I have on my phone earn majority of my business

This location does not meet standards. For one, the nova lox literally had 2 smallest pieces of lox on each bagel. Not it. For two, the ingredients they used also did not meet standards. Something they used was wayyy too salty, not sure exactly what it was but it was disgusting. And no, this was not even close to the first nova lox I’ve tried from Einstein bros. Just no other location has ever made it as bad as this location. It was awful, it was underdressed, and it fell short of not only Einstein bros standards but health standards as well.

This place has gone down hill so bad over the last year. No quality control and for God sakes fix the damn latte machine or buy a new one. I'm good ans finally will never go back to this Einsteins .

Customer service and food/drink quality is great and equivalent to others I have visited. Location could use major upgrade in aesthetics to interior and exterior. Parts of walls were stain with coffee. Carpet flooring gave location and interesting aroma.

This location is managed poorly. When we arrived at 8am today an employee was just opening the front doors as we approached them. All the tables except for a couple were dirty with crumbs from the previous day. They didn’t have the condiments properly supplied, no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom, and they had left hazardous objects near the back door of the restaurant.

I’ve gone by twice at lunch time the last two weeks and they decide to close with no information. So don’t go at noon even though they are suppose to be open until 2pm.

Cashier/drive thru attendant was really rude and impatient. He got our order wrong and refused to fix it. He simply said COVID didn’t allow him as he was serving us with no gloves. Don’t go to this location.

TERRIBLE. We were on a trip and we had specific time requirements for this trip and we ordered and we’re waiting for 30 minutes for our food. There were people in line behind us as well. Absolutely horrid service and this has happened multiple times as well. I would not recommend at all- go to a different location it is not worth it. This was on 2/20/22 and it has been like this for the past couple of months
This was my first time to go to Einstein Bros. Bagels. The only issue was that you have to go through drive-thru and make sure you have cash. Otherwise, the young man servicing was great, clear on the orders and quick. Bagels were perfect.

I had been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and no one came to the speaker, I finally pull up to the window and there is no one in the store. Keep in mind this happened well within the store hours. Unbelievable…I will never be coming back here.
