Unfortunately I would not recommend, they definitely have good music but, they do have their favorites. Was told they were at capacity but they continued to let people in that they were acquainted with. Very disappointing. As a business I would believe you would want new clientele to be able to grow your business than to just maintain a business with the same clientele.

Y’all! El Mitote has been amazing every time I’ve gone! The people are ALWAYS kind and attentive. I crave the burrito Beñado! I’ve had many things on the menu and have never had anything less than great. They have great drink specials and food combos. Seriously don’t sleep on this place!

Had lunch here a while back and loved it so we decided to order dinner. I have never been so disappointed. We order enchiladas and they were dry with no sauce on them. We ended up throwing away our food. Unfortunately a waste of money this time around.

First time here and it didn't disappoint. My mom and I were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter, Nico, was amazing from the very beginning until the very end. We asked what he recommended as it was our first time and his recommendation was great. Will definitely be going back.

The waitress forgot my wife’s water and forgot my food. By the time I got my food the rest of my party was almost done eating I also asked for them to change some TVs to some college games that were on and she agreed and it never got changed instead we were watching horse races instead of college football on a Saturday afternoon

I forgot some of my belongings at the Mitote store in Lubbock. When I tried to contact them, they took a while to answer and when I was finally able to get in touch, I only spoke to the “manager” and they returned half of my worthless belongings to me.

Waited for 45 minutes for a table. Then the lady at the front ended up giving us a table that was empty the whole time. We were waiting for a table. ??♀️Then when we finally sat down we ordered a beer and a drink the beer was supposed to be on special that Friday night but we were charged regular price. We ordered queso fundio and they brought it to us with no chorizo then the waitress tells us they will cook us some and she will bring it. Ten minutes later. Then we order food and order more drinks that were on special. While waiting for our food. About an hour later no food. We asked to cancel our food order and she told us the manager said we could take it with us at a discount. We told her no. Then she brought ticket. We paid and left. The next morning we noticed that we charged for the drinks that were so supposedly on special full price. The beer too. Just a really bad experience. I called the next day to tell manager about the over charge and they told us to bring in our receipt. Most places can look that up.
