We had dinner here on 4/11 around 5:30. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. The chips were nice and crisp, and the salsa was flavorful and had some spice to it. We had to try the guacamole deluxe. It was fantastic. The arrachera meat was cooked beautifully and paired perfectly with the creamy guacamole when atop a crispy pork rind. So good! I also tried the house margarita. It tasted like chemicals in my opinion, and I would not recommend it. But our meal was so delicious, that I will not let the drink bring down my rating. For my entree, I got the Pechuga Poblana, which was wonderfully cooked, fantastically seasoned, and covered in bacon and cheese! Very delicious. My wife got the chicken tortilla soup, which had a rich broth and was not too salty which can be the case with soups. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a good time.

Went to the restaurant for a team building meeting. Sat in the big tall bar stools. Was not impressed. The lunch and burrito that I got was lukewarm. Cheese can queso was water. It was noisy and loud in there. I guess for a bar yes but for a restaurant no.

The plate of tacos al pastor along with all the garnish had no seasoning at all. The beer is not at low temperature, too hot for my liking. The peanuts tasted much better than the entire dinner!

We waited in the front lobby for 15 min. There was a girl that just came up, didn’t say a word to us, just started laughing and continued to wait for another staff member to seat us and he walked up and and just grunted at us?! And by that time there were 3 other tables that walked in and were waiting as well. We were told the food was good so we waited. I got tacos and they were good, tried to order another margarita but the server forgot about us. Food is a 10 but the service is trash.
Great authentic Mexican Food, Mexican music jamin, be careful they're big portions, food is delicious, good price. Service is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. Gotta be the best Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Lubbock. It's very clean.
