The closest thing to home (Mexico) I have found here. Had the tacos (tripa, asada, al pastor) and they were all so good!! Each has its unique flavor. My husband had the burrito, they let him try the al pastor and he immediately changed his order from asada to al pastor. The salsas, green and spicy were so good too!
Flavorful, not too oily, filling, packed with meat, worth it! 100% do recommend.

Good tacos, was surprised by the al pastor! Actually made with pineapple like they do in Cali. Other than a shady location open late night and only taking cash or vendor everything else was good. Make sure you have CASH on hand if you go to this taco truck!

This little food truck is a hidden gem in Lubbock. They have great, authentic Mexican food and pretty quick! They are incredibly friendly. Note that they are cash only at this time.

It's so hard to put this place in words, let's just say if you like/love street tacos... TRY THIS PLACE. My husband has been on a street taco kick and we've been to several in the past couple weeks. None take the cake quit like this one. It taste like pure passion (you can taste the love, authenticity and TRUE FLAVOR) and pastor (my meat of choice) WE look forward to more days open and maybe a restaurant ????. They definitely have what it takes ??
