I wish they would take the AI away when ordering through the drive thru it’s so pointless and doesn’t help at all.

This Fazoli's was extremely clean, the crew was very polite and respectful. The management was amazing! Their food was perfectly prepared and just an all round great experience. Great job to the entire Lubbock TX Fazoli's team!!
