I went through the drive thru and got a small spaghetti w/meat sauce and a side salad. The guy at the window,Kenneth F, asked if I’d like to try a sample of their Italian ice. He gave me the sample, Lemon, it was awesome- not too sweet and not too tart. I ordered a lemon Italian Ice to go with my meal. The only slight ding is that they forgot my salad dressing. The Lemon Italian Ice was a great way to top off my meal.
Don’t often visit Fazoli’s but after today’s visit I plan to come more often. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was great and as busy as they were they still managed to keep their composure.
A guy named James took our order at the counter was very welcoming and funny. Brought out our food and was also very kind asked if we needed anything else. He also got us a Togo box and took our empty plates. Which he didn’t have to do. As a Manager and Bartender in my personal experience this was A1 service in a Fazoli’s I had never experienced. Someone give that man a raise! Thank you James for making our experience very enjoyable and I will be back because of you!
