I ordered a chicken broccoli penne and was charged $4 extra because I asked for no Alfredo sauce (something that already comes on the dish). When I got my order there was Alfredo sauce on it anyway. I brought it back to the counter since I had paid an extra $4 anyway and the worker rolled her eyes and sighed at me. This was incredibly poor customer service, and I will most likely never go back to this location. The dish was eventually remade.

Absolutely gross food. The pasta tastes like they had a jar of of tomato paste and instead of cooking it they poured sugar on it and went good enough. And as for the "bread stick" it was extremely bland and greasy. Not to mention this experience was nearly 9 dining bucks. Awful. It genuinely baffles my mind how to some people this is "the best Italian restaurant" they've been to. Im shocked and saddened for y'all.

Worst Fazoli's in Lubbock, Worst management in the city. Never get your order right, never do anything right everyone who works there is not focused and don't do anything correct. Would not recommend

I'd love to say that all chain restaurants are created equally, but that's hardly ever the case. This particular location has disappointed me multiple times. I've found hair of a different color and texture in my food, the manager tried to accuse me of planting it in order to obtain free food. (Truly egregious at these prices.) The breadsticks are usually drenched in butter to the point that you can either see it dripping out or you can lightly squeeze it, and the butter oozes out. However, the most common occurrence here is one of two extremes: burnt food or severely cold food. The food itself isn't bad in taste for what it is-fast food Italian. I have been let down too many times by this location that I no longer eat at any Fazoli's.
Love this place. Drove 25 min OUT OF MY WAY to eat here... For them to be closed for remodeling. Please update your online status so we know this.

No one brought any the bread around to the tables. Yes they were slow, but the employees past my table several times and never ask if there was anything we needed. Not a friendly place. We had to go up twice to get extra bread. It does not matter how good your food is, the experience can of a company not doing the job is disappointing. Unlimited breadsticks LOL.

My only complaint is it takes too long to order at the one kiosk. They need at least two kiosks to order at because they take longer than ordering with a person.
