I was pleasantly surprised at our 1st visit to Fazoli's in 10 years. I'm a chicken parmesan lover and the last couple of times that we went, it was like eating mush. No consistency to the chicken plus it was already pre-packaged so asking for no marinara sauce on my noodles was not an option. I believe, at least my chicken parm was made to order. A big plus!!! After our visit we will definitely be going back. All the employees were great, from the lady taking our order...
Went in cause I was craving spaghetti I got the 3.99 deal and it was so good! The staff was so polite and helpful when I asked about the deal cause I didn’t see it on the menu. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere when you walked in. The breadsticks were hot and fresh and tasted delicious along with my food. I loved everything about my visit today and would come back again.

Unfortunately on this day the supervisor and an employee were having isdues with the quality of clesning and speed of it.
The supervisor spoke firmly but harshly to the employee several times in our hearing and the employee complained to other employees almost condtsntly when the supervisor would step away.
This made our meal less enjoyable and we rushed to leave
