We've had some bad experience with the location on Milwaukee. Thought we'd try another location. Nope. I ordered the hook and ladder - no mayo, my wife ordered a turkey with and added black olives. She got her sandwich, no black olives because they put those on my sandwich. They also put mayo on mine, which I didn't want any. I'm just now sure about the young people that work these places. Don't they even look at the individual sandwich orders? I got my receipt and it was as I mention. The sandwich makers got them both wrong. Funny thing is this is exactly what the other location did multiple times. What the hell! I shouldn't have to check my order before I leave. Maybe I should go behind the counter and watch them make it so the get it right. I used to think fire l firehouse subs had the best subs, I don't think that anymore.

I usually like giving places the benefit of the doubt, but this Firehouse Subs location really missed the mark. The service was slow even though the store wasnât busy, and the staff didnât seem interested in helping or being friendly. My sandwich came out lukewarm, the bread was soggy, and it looked like it had been sitting for a while before being handed to me. For the price, I expected something much fresher and better put together. The restaurant itself wasnât very clean either â a few tables hadnât been wiped down, and the drink station was sticky. Definitely not the quality or care I used to expect from Firehouse. I wonât be coming back to this location anytime soon.
The store was completely unsanitary. The floors were sticky, bathrooms were disgusting, and the tables were full of food. I was going to eat in the restaurant, but took my food to go, and shouldnât have even done that.
I was served by this absolutle gentlemen who is the best looking guy ever. He goes by the name Grayson Wilkins. He is truly why I want to go to firehouse every single day

My first time. Can't believe how friendly they were they were almost too helpful if that is such a thing. All boxes were checked. For a sandwich joint this place treated you like a five-star restaurant. So I'm going to give it five stars.

I just love coming here whenever Iâm not eating Jersey Mikes Firehouse is always there coming in a close 2nd; if I could eat Jersey and Firehouse everyday I would due to the fact that Iâm a simple man and boy I love sammichs đđ€ but people close to me canât eat them everyday cause they âget tired of eating the same thing over and overâ but I do try to get either Jersey or Fire atleast once a weekđ but everything is always fresh and always delicious
