During heavy rain I ordered the Turkey and stuffing sandwich online specifically without Cranberry’s because I was allergic. Once I got the sandwich I noticed the cranberry’s and went online I made sure I make sure I actually ordered a sandwich with the cranberries but I was unable to find the itemized receipt on my email now the website. Not wanting to argue with staff I left the restaurant and threw way the sandwich because it was enedible. Only to discover once I got home the staff actually read the receipt and added the proper add-on’s. So obviously the itemized receipt was read and the improper food delivery as still served after the fact. I grew up working in the fast food industry and this is unacceptable

Good Sandwiches. Very Customer Friendly in Store. We ate inside the restaurant recently there were quite a few workers so everything was taken care of extremely fast. They even cleared our table after eating while we continued to talk. Drive thru experience is Exceptional as well.

Asking for tips at fast food drive through now? When is this nonsense going to end? I am taking a stand against this money grab. I am boycotting any location whether it is Starbucks or this place that asks for tips by handing the card reader to me. If you have a tip cup that is ok but by putting me on the spot, I will boycott you and your franchise.

They cannot comprehend the difference in "salt chips" and "salt and vinegar". tell them at the window, or order it on doordash, they will always give you salt and vinegar. I specify over the intercom. I want the ms. vicks "sea salt chips", not "salt and vinegar". and they parrot back to me, "so the plain salt chips". I say yes, I get my order and open the bag... boom salt and vinegar. every... flipping... time. its uncanny. I wake up in the dead of night screaming in fear from nightmares where they have broke into my home and given me salt and vinegar chips. I once went inside to grab my own chips. paid for the correct ones. got home and they had somehow swapped it for salt and vinegar. all jokes aside this happens 90% of the time and I'm unrealistically mad about it. But they refuse to give me the right chips with my sandwich.
