“when I rolled up on this place today in the Walmart parking lot in Clovis NM, the place where they had the food in the warmers ready to serve was nasty nasty nasty the inside of that food truck didn't look clean at all. note to Texas Mac shack owner: keep your food truck spotless because your customer is eye level with where the food is being prepared and served. the cross-contamination in that little food truck would be not good for the human stomach.
