Fortune Cookie Chinese R is a relatively small restaurant, its food is good and very well cooked, it has good flavor and is abundant, I think that characterizes all Chinese food restaurants, I recommend the fried rice with everything (meat, chicken, shrimp, egg, vegetables etc) was very delicious. We will return!!

Didn't like the rice, the dumplings, and the sweet and sour chicken was over cooked. Yucky

I called in an order for a house, special fried rice and already when she answered the phone she was rude and she sounded like she had just gotten in a fight and was in a bad mood and so the Was short, so I tried to just give her the benefit of the doubt, and when I showed up my order was wrong But I had already paid for it, so I asked her if she could remake it, and they started screaming and yelling at me and they were trying to take my food and tell me to get out. Because I paid for an order that they messed up and they didn’t want to fix their wrongdoing Started screaming you as I walked out the door. Very unprofessional I have been there since I was Five years old and I am now 22. They have lost a very loyal customer for a bad day when they should’ve not had her at the front. I do not know what her problem was, but please don’t eat here horrible customer service, and they can’t even fix something when they mess up.

Whenever I come back to Lubbock, I always stop at Fortune Cookie. The fried rice is perfect and the servings are huge. Brings back nostalgia since I have been coming here since I was in Kindergarten. 27 years later and it still hits the spot.

Food is yum yum. Bit too much for someone with a small stomach (i.e. me) so saved some as leftovers.

If you don’t get the cream cheese wontons and sesame chicken, you’re doing yourself a disservice! Very excellent. Chicken was crispy and sauce was saucy!

Such amazing Customer service. The owners are extremely kind . The food was fresh , hot and delicious. We sat inside and it was a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely coming back. The cream cheese wontons were a rich cream cheese taste , the potstickers had lots of flavor, the egg rolls and egg drop soup both very good . My husband had the hot and spicy Beef , it was very tasty not too hot but it had a good spice level . The beef and broccoli was great as well. Overall this place is wonderful , they are Local and the owners are genuinely friendly and know how to treat their customers amazing.Kid-friendliness: They do have kid portions , which is still a good size

Amazing. It is excellent what you want take out to be. Fresh and delicious. Locally owned and operated. The owners are great and the portions are great as well.

Southern Dragon

Flavorless, Portions are meager in relation to the price of the food, no choice between rice and noodles (they just assumed we wanted rice), their sweet and sour pork was RAW. Overall, a terrible Asian restaurant to eat in.
