Thanks to Freddy's for the free combo meal cards they give to veterans on Veteran's Day. Their burgers and other items are great, and I don't just come once for the freebie, but it's one of the few places I eat at when I want a good, tasty meal.

I went inside to buy an ice cream cone with 2 scoops of ice cream. I was told Freddy's did not have cones at this time but she could put it in a cup. I said that was fine and she rung up the cost and told me it would be almost 9 dollars. I told this girl I could buy 2 cones with 2 scoops each for almost the same price. It was wrong for me to pay almost double the cost because Freddy's was out of cones. I asked this girl to ring up a cone with 2 scoops and the price was a little over 4 dollars.

My point.....why would I get charged almost double the cost because Freddy's is out of cones.....needless to say I left without anything...

Crazy...

Ive always trusted Fredys to be good but recently they are trash I dont know who they are hiring but it aint good.

Swear yall don’t know how to read. This has happened multiple times where ask for something to be removed from my burger, and instead, they put on there and remove something I actually wanted. Got the no tomato part, but took the lettuce off and added onion.

Being in Roswell for 8 years really reminds you about the good food you are missong out on. I remembered Freddys from then, and stopped by this lubbock location. It was just about how i remembered it. Good smash burgers, and best little fries. 9.5/10 only improvement i can think of, is the same for all fast food. $$$

We have been to Freddy’s many, many times, all across Colorado and all the way down in the Austin area. One thing has always stayed the same…..the consistency of the food! Every location had the same quality from the burgers to the fries, we knew we were going to enjoy our meal. This location however is so far under par I’m at a loss for words. The food we got at this location was definitely not good, to the point where I was obligated leave a comment. If you have been to a real Freddy’s do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this one. The disappointment is real!!

Wow very inconsiderate of their customer I sat there for 20 minutes and they lost my order then they magically said they have it the first employee said I'm just going to give you the food since we made you wait then the other manager came and said know you're going to pay for it and was rude about it and condescending instead of being loyal to their customer like I am loyal to them I eat their everyday 15 bucks a day not anymore

I ordered lunch here around noon on 8/8. There were no cars in line at the drive thru, and I was able to place my order immediately. I got the BBQ brisket steakburger with cheese curds and a turtle sundae. And my son got the jalapeño pepper jack combo with fries and a drink. My burger was glorious. The brisket was nice and tender and full of smoky flavor, which paired nicely with the sour of the pickles, and the sweetness of the BBQ sauce. The cheese curds were crisp on the outside and bouncy on the inside, just like I like them. And the sundae was phenomenal. Overall, we enjoyed a delicious meal and had a good time!

Ordered a grilled cheese steakburger. They gave me 2 slices of bread with a couple pieces of cheese. No meat and no tomato sauce. Wouldn't answer the phone. Worthless.
