Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Being in Roswell for 8 years really reminds you about the good food you are missong out on. I remembered Freddys from then, and stopped by this lubbock location. It was just about how i remembered it. Good smash burgers, and best little fries. 9.5/10 only improvement i can think of, is the same for all fast food. $$$

We have been to Freddy’s many, many times, all across Colorado and all the way down in the Austin area. One thing has always stayed the same…..the consistency of the food! Every location had the same quality from the burgers to the fries, we knew we were going to enjoy our meal. This location however is so far under par I’m at a loss for words. The food we got at this location was definitely not good, to the point where I was obligated leave a comment. If you have been to a real Freddy’s do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this one. The disappointment is real!!

Wow very inconsiderate of their customer I sat there for 20 minutes and they lost my order then they magically said they have it the first employee said I'm just going to give you the food since we made you wait then the other manager came and said know you're going to pay for it and was rude about it and condescending instead of being loyal to their customer like I am loyal to them I eat their everyday 15 bucks a day not anymore

I ordered lunch here around noon on 8/8. There were no cars in line at the drive thru, and I was able to place my order immediately. I got the BBQ brisket steakburger with cheese curds and a turtle sundae. And my son got the jalapeño pepper jack combo with fries and a drink. My burger was glorious. The brisket was nice and tender and full of smoky flavor, which paired nicely with the sour of the pickles, and the sweetness of the BBQ sauce. The cheese curds were crisp on the outside and bouncy on the inside, just like I like them. And the sundae was phenomenal. Overall, we enjoyed a delicious meal and had a good time!

Ordered a grilled cheese steakburger. They gave me 2 slices of bread with a couple pieces of cheese. No meat and no tomato sauce. Wouldn't answer the phone. Worthless.

Compared to other burger joints in the same price range, this place takes the cake! Just know that the burger and fries are fairly salty (if you’re trying to watch your sodium lol) but I really like it the way they make it here. Maybe a little smaller but much more satisfying. Employees have always been ready and friendly as well.

We came in at 9:20 and the kitchen staff glared at us multiple times. They watched us eat and laughed in the back… wierd experience.

Love this place. I always get the jalapeño pepper jack burger but as a triple. My wife likes the original. I have aways gotten exactly what o order and it's always hot and fresh.

I made a mobile order, we got there about 3 mins after it was supposed to be ready, the main food was sitting at the pick up station however my custard wasn't there, so we picked up the drink and bag of food and waited about 7 more mins for the custard. Once we got everything home, we realized the fried were cold and stale like they had been sitting out all day, the drink the was with my order wasn't the root beer float I ordered, only half the container of tots was filled. The burgers were the only decent part of my $40 order.

Love this resteraunt, but this particular location is terrible. They have forgotten a part of my order every time, and are often still closed an hour after their listed opening time. Go to the other one in town.
