Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I placed an order ahead so I can grab and go will I sat in the drive thru for 5-10 mins while they wasn’t busy what so ever! I finally get my food just for it to be ICE COLD! NO HEAT to ANY of it!!! I called talked to a manager she goes “ we got that order 15mins ago” ok 15mins doesn’t mean it ice cold!! It feels like it has been cooked since this morning. The meat looks old. There’s no mustard on my burger. My son’s food is cold had to REHEAT it even tho I just picked it up! I got no dipping sauce. I didn’t order for McDonald like be so for real. 🤦‍♀️

We took our church youth over here on a Sunday after a fun and tiring day at adventure park. The staff got us in and out super fast and the food was great too. We had 45 in our group!!!!!!!

I had fries, amd they were tasty. Polite service, clean facility.

The food was hot and fresh, but there was some type of spiciness to the sauce on the grilled cheese steak Burger which made for an unpleasant experience. Wish they had mentioned that on the speaker while taking my order. The cheese curds were phenomenal but the onion rings felt flat. Not as flavorful as I'm used to.

I love Freddy's Frozen Custard's chili cheeseburger! Tater tots are great!

Very clean restaurant. The staff were so sweet and polite. Food was quick, hot, and they got everything correct.

Good place to get burgers & fries. Love their fries!

Update. Filled out the information with the link the owner gave in the response. We will see if things will be taken care. It's still truly disappointing.

My boyfriend ordered through Grubhub and got the completely wrong order. Yes they messed up but so did y’all. Y’all handle the food and they deliver it. The lack of accountable is disappointing. GrubHub doesn’t handle the food. They just delivery it on your behalf. Need to pay attention better or stop using a third party to make money. Apologies for talking to the manager or whoever rudely but the lack of accountable is disgusting. Called to inform you of the mistake just to repeatly blame Grubhub. Was informed someone else had already complained. Did y’all tell them to blame Grubhub? Do better!!!

The California burger meal. The burger is really good. The fries, too much salt it's swimming in it. The Ice tea had no ice. Next time I will get just the burger and skip the rest.

I arrived to Freddy’s on 19th St at 9:30PM. I was the only car in the drive-thru and I sat and waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I said “hello?” into the microphone multiple times to get their attention in case they did not know I was there. No one took my order, so I pulled up to the window. The employee said “did you order already?” I informed her that I waited to order but it was never taken. She then asked what I wanted to order, and I attempted to order frozen custard. She told me “our frozen custard is already put away for the night.” I said “I thought you closed at 10pm.” And she said “we do.” I said “it’s 9:40?” And she said “we put up the ice cream at 9:40.” This seemed like a very convenient coincidence that they “put up” the frozen custard at the exact time that I was trying to order it. Additionally, if they had taken my order when I first arrived at 9:30pm, then I would have been able to place my order before they “put up” the frozen custard. Lastly, it seems inappropriate that they “put up” the frozen custard 20 minutes before closing. The establishment is called Freddy’s Frozen Custard, after all. Overall, this was very poor service and it seemed like the employees just could not be bothered to serve me since it was almost closing time.

I love the pb&c custard shake. It’s my go to and has that classic “fake” banana flavor while also having modern banana flavor. Just wish they were quicker but their quality is way better than most fast food so it’s understandable.

Ordered food online. Came to pick it up and apparently they are out of food. They then refused to issue a refund. They stole about $27 from us.
