Well. All I can say, is the place is a former shell of itself. The food was spot on. Exactly what I've always come expect. Sadly, the atmosphere was not. I'm 45,and have eaten at Fuddruckers since I was a kid. I have very fond memories of going here in vacations, and just to get lunch or dinner. Maybe this location is an exception, but it honestly felt like I was at a fast food joint. The whole place is surrounded by windows, so it was bright, and felt very sterile. A long ways from the cozy more dimmly lit restaurants I grew up on. The toppings, and condiment bar was pretty sad. Overall, it's just not the same anymore. The food is still the best, but the atmosphere takes a lot out of the experience. Hopefully they can make it, and they don't disappear completely.

This place was good, however what made me leave this review was the attitude and kindness of Ray. I was looking for help with something and he was the one who I talked to. I have very high standards when it comes to customer service and he exceeded my expectations and I want him to be recognized for this! Thank you Ray for your help!!!

The people were friendly but the products were terrible. The burgers were greasy, the buns were stale and the produce was old. The onion rings were made with old onions and old batter. They were disgustingly chewy. Even the fountain drinks tasted off. I took my onion rings back to the counter and asked for fries instead because of how gross they were and the was told they would make fresh fries and bring them to me. W never got them. W live in the neighborhood and like that there a burger place within walking distance, but now I know better than to go back again. Bad ownership, bad management, and sadly, a very bad product!

They added so much salt it was reduculous. If you want a good burger for what they overcharge. Best to find somewhere else. They have great steak fries loaded in salt. We couldn't eat the food. Then the guys were talking smack about white people. Not a place we will revisit. We always wanted to try fudruckers. Burgers are way overpriced.

Chose to eat here for National Cheeseburger Day and it was a 10/10 experience. Ailani and Jonathan provided amazing customer service and were easy going, made me laugh which I loved. Personally, the service I receive before I get my food is what makes or breaks it for me. These two took time to actually speak with me instead of rushing me out of their way. We took our burgers to go and ate at home. Food was still fresh when we opened the box and everything was absolutely perfect. Our buns were thick, meat cooked to perfection, bacon was full of flavor, and my egg was the best part. This was just my second time eating here but I was so impressed with this entire experience. We will be back!!
