Chose to eat here for National Cheeseburger Day and it was a 10/10 experience. Ailani and Jonathan provided amazing customer service and were easy going, made me laugh which I loved. Personally, the service I receive before I get my food is what makes or breaks it for me. These two took time to actually speak with me instead of rushing me out of their way. We took our burgers to go and ate at home. Food was still fresh when we opened the box and everything was absolutely perfect. Our buns were thick, meat cooked to perfection, bacon was full of flavor, and my egg was the best part. This was just my second time eating here but I was so impressed with this entire experience. We will be back!!

The lady at the front taking orders was very friendly, sweet,and polite. She checked on all the guests on yesterday. We spent 50 dollars and it was well worth it! The men who prepared the food were very nice. I would recommend people go there. It was my first time going there and my guest comes from our of town and he goes there when he comes to Lubbock!

My brother and I grew up on fudruckers in California but now they are mostly all gone. We were so excited to see it in Lubbock and it was exactly the same as we remember. Everyone was nice and they were very fast!

Our daughter recommended coming here for lunch today, we haven’t been in awhile so we decided to go. We ordered and grabbed a seat. Food came out pretty quick. Toppings were fresh and drinks were crisp. All of the burgers we ordered and fries were really good! My only issue was the cost. $16 for a *SMALL* combo was steep in my opinion. Now, the amount of food was good, but 3 people with one being a kids meal hit $40! Overall, would recommend, but being some $$$$$.

Fuddruckers has always been a delicious and friendly establishment in Lubbock for years. Today I ordered a delivery from DoorDash which is usually hit or miss but this experience went above and beyond. I ordered a regular cheeseburger but I had included a few special instructions since I couldn’t make my burger how I liked it since I was getting it delivered. When the food arrived it was actually hot and fresh which is kinda rare for DoorDash. Everything was exactly how I ordered and I highly appreciate the workers who are working tonight because this was the best experience I have had with ordering delivery. Super grateful for the employees who prepared my order especially because I was craving this meal for days. If I was there in person I would have thanked them all. Lubbock loves Fuddruckers!

Ordered a burger well done. Half was well done other half was so rare still blood running out. Talked to restaurant and they offered to make another burger. But at that point was too grossed out to try it again. Will not be going back.
