Well. All I can say, is the place is a former shell of itself. The food was spot on. Exactly what I've always come expect. Sadly, the atmosphere was not. I'm 45,and have eaten at Fuddruckers since I was a kid. I have very fond memories of going here in vacations, and just to get lunch or dinner. Maybe this location is an exception, but it honestly felt like I was at a fast food joint. The whole place is surrounded by windows, so it was bright, and felt very sterile....

This place was good, however what made me leave this review was the attitude and kindness of Ray. I was looking for help with something and he was the one who I talked to. I have very high standards when it comes to customer service and he exceeded my expectations and I want him to be recognized for this! Thank you Ray for your help!!!

Chose to eat here for National Cheeseburger Day and it was a 10/10 experience. Ailani and Jonathan provided amazing customer service and were easy going, made me laugh which I loved. Personally, the service I receive before I get my food is what makes or breaks it for me. These two took time to actually speak with me instead of rushing me out of their way. We took our burgers to go and ate at home. Food was still fresh when we opened the box and everything was absolutely perfect....
