We had a fantastic time there! Excellent wait staff, excellent food. It was super fun watching the kitchen make the hand pulled noodles through the window in the kitchen from the dining room

This small but charming restaurant has amazing food! We ordered the soup dumplings, wide noodles with beef/cumin/peppers, and a beef soup bowl. My husband, 7 y/o, and I were so impressed with the quality and taste of all the food. My son really enjoyed watching the noodles get hand pulled right in front of him. If you're craving comfort food, please come here!

How did I manage to find some of the best Japanese noodles I’ve ever eaten… in Lubbock Texas?? Black garlic ramen done perfectly, with tender and tasty hand pulled noodles, and wonton soup with just the right flavor and texture. Sweet sesame balls a bonus treat! Will return every time I’m in Lubbock, no question!

If you are looking for Pho with rice noodles.. gluten free by choice or celiac AVOID. Also limited vegetables Broth With No flavor. Unfortunately i was Not impressed.
I Will try other places in this amazing city! If you want highly refined carbs, this is your place Enjoy!

We got seated right as we walked in with many friendly servers, we were shocked at the prices because they seemed low for the amount of food we received in each dish. Definitely one of the best places I’ve ate, highly recommend!!
